This weather, the sun it's making me want to go to the beach, just lay there and look at the blue sky. 

So to compensate I decided to look at blue themed weddings.

As you may have noticed, I have been hibernating for a while now, winter does that to me, but thankfully spring is almost here and to top it all of, I have been planning a friend's wedding. I will let you guys know a bit more about it later and what I am learning from it. One thing is for sure though, planning a wedding is stressful on the couple but with the right attitude you can get through it. Luckily, I am working with the best bride and groom a planner can ever ask for.

To start with a clean slate, I decided to do a post on the color white. Basic but beautiful!

I love the simple elegance and timelessness the color brings to centerpieces

The good thing about that color is that it can pretty much be paired with any other color as well as be used for any seasons

Another added bonus is that white linens are usually provided free of charge by the reception venue or the caterer.

Summer is the most popular time of the year to get married, and you can choose from so many colors. The trend for this year is bright so choose colors like:

Blue combined with

Orange combined with

• Pink
• Cranberry red

And yellow combined with

• Blue
• Beige
• Green
  

But you know what i think about trends.... follow them only if they suit you perfectly.
